Rates for 2023

All rates allow access to the entire congress

  • Students - €380 ( 3 days) - One journey - 340€

Students: Initial training is defined as: licence, master, doctorate, training institute delivering a state diploma. from formal education to doctoral students. Registration at the student rate must be accompanied by a valid document, i.e. a student card or certificate issued by the school/university/institution or a letter proving their status (i.e. a signed statement from their department head or supervisor). The organising committee reserves the right to change from face-to-face to distance learning French students depending on the number of participants.

The full conference registration fee includes:

  • Workshops (upon pre-registration and according to registration categories)

  • Participation in all conference sessions, including keynote addresses, symposium sessions and oral presentations, on-site in Bordeaux.

  • Time dedicated to face-to-face poster sessions
  • Access to the partner exhibition and transition to the knowledge sessions
  • Online program and abstract book
  • Access to all online poster lists (poster PDFs)
  • Access to the replay during 3 months after the Congress
